From Beauty Therapist to Beauty Educator: My Journey to Launching Nuvia Beauty Training Academy

Nineteen months ago, I took a leap of faith and started my beauty business from scratch.

Like many people entering the industry, I had a vision, a passion for helping others feel confident, and a determination to create something of my own. What I didn't have was an established client base, years of reputation behind me, or a guaranteed path to success.

Fast forward just 19 months, and my diary is fully booked.

Building my business has been one of the most rewarding and challenging experiences of my life. Every client appointment, recommendation, social media post, late evening and early morning has contributed to creating a business that I am incredibly proud of.

Along the way, I discovered that clients weren't the only people asking for my expertise.

I was regularly being asked how I built my business so quickly, what treatments I offered, how I gained confidence in my skills, and where I trained. It became clear that there was an opportunity to share not only treatments and techniques, but the knowledge and experience that helped me grow a thriving beauty business in less than two years.

That is why I am so excited to announce the launch of Nuvia Beauty Training Academy.

Nuvia Beauty Training Academy has been created for aspiring beauty professionals, existing therapists looking to expand their treatment menu, and ambitious individuals ready to build a successful career in the beauty industry.

My goal is simple: to provide high-quality training that goes beyond the treatment itself. I want students to leave with practical skills, confidence, industry knowledge and the understanding of what it really takes to create and grow a beauty business in today's market.

Having recently walked the journey from startup to fully booked therapist myself, I understand the challenges new beauty professionals face and the support they need to succeed.
