Cancellation Policy

Nuvia Beauty Training Academy – Course Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At Nuvia Beauty Training Academy, significant time and preparation go into every course, including reserving your training date, preparing learning materials, arranging products and equipment, and limiting learner numbers to provide a high-quality training experience. For this reason, the following booking, cancellation and rescheduling policy applies to all course bookings. Booking Your Place A **non-refundable deposit** is required to secure your place on any training course. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. Cancellation Policy Should you need to cancel your training, the following charges will apply: *More than 5 days before your course: Your non-refundable deposit will be retained. Any remaining balance paid will be refunded. *Within 5 days of your course: 50% of the total course fee will be payable (less any deposit already paid). *Less than 48 hours before your course, or failure to attend: 100% of the total course fee is payable. Rescheduling Policy If you wish to move your training to another date, please contact us as soon as possible. *Requests made more than 5 days before your course may be accommodated at the discretion of Nuvia Beauty Training Academy and are subject to course availability. *Requests made within 5 days of your course will be treated as a cancellation and the cancellation charges outlined above will apply. *Requests made less than 48 hours before your course will be treated as a late cancellation and the full course fee will remain payable. Please note that rescheduling is **not guaranteed**. Whilst every effort will be made to offer an alternative date where possible, this cannot be promised and is dependent on availability. No Exceptions This policy applies in all circumstances, including illness, childcare issues, work commitments, travel disruptions, transport difficulties or changes in personal circumstances. We strongly recommend that learners ensure they are able to attend before booking and consider arranging appropriate insurance if required. By paying your deposit and confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted this Booking, Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy.
